Water is the basic need of every living organism on the earth. There is no life without water.It is used for various purposes by human beings.Water is used for cooking, drinking, washing , cleaning etc. It is also used for farming and agriculture. Plants need water to prepare their food. Animals need water to drink and bathe.Rain is the main source of water. When it rains, water is filled in rivers, ponds, lakes and oceans. These are the examples of surface water. Well, handpumps and springs are examples of underground water.
