Importance of sports
First of all, "sport" refers to an activity involving physical activity and skill. Here, two or more teams compete against each other. Sports are an integral part of human life, and they have great importance in all spheres of life. Furthermore, sports help build the character and personality of a person. It certainly is an excellent tool to keep the body physically fit. Sports have a massive positive effect on both the mind and body.There are two types of sports:1.Indoor sports2.Outdoor sportsIndoor sports include Table tennis, Ludo, Chess, Carrom board etc. And outdoor sports include Football, Cricket, Basketball, Badminton etc.The importance of sports1.It keeps us away from diseases.2.It makes us fit and healthy.3.It increases our self-confidence.4.It brings discipline into our lives.5.It teaches us how to handle failure.
