I love my country, Nepal so dear,

The mountains are high, the sky so clear.

Mount Everest stand, proud and tall,

It is the highest peak of all!

We have rivers, hills and trees.

Cool fresh air with a gentle breeze.

Temples, flags, and songs we sing,

Nepal has beauty in everything.

Dashian, Tihar, bring lights and cheer,

With dance and song we share each year.

We fly our kites up in the sky,

And watch them beautifully fly high.

Many cities, old and wide,

With history and culture side by side.

From hills to plains, from east to west,

Nepal’s beauty is simply the best.

Our people smile, and always care,

Love and kindness everywhere.

I proudly say, “ I am Nepali here!”

This is my home I hold so dear.

I’ll love my country every day,

In every game, in every play,

Nepal is home, my heart, my land,

Together strong, we proudly stand!
