In the old times there was no television. Nowadays, there are different kinds of television. At first, a television was invented which looked like a box. It used to display black and white images only. Later on televisions displaying coloured images were invented. Nowadays, we get  smart TVs in the market.. We can watch news, sports and other entertainment programs on TV. There are advantages and disadvantages of television. Television gives us knowledge worldwide. Many people can see at the same time. If we watch TV for a long time, it can harm our eyes. It can distract us from our studies. I love to watch the Horrid Henry series.
