Me in an Uninhabited Island

Imagine being trapped on an island, in the middle of nowhere with no internet, no people, no freshwater resources or food around you. What would you do? Would you look for a way to escape? Would you build a home? Would you live there for the rest of your life? Although there are many options, there's no saying how you would end up responding to the situation. It mostly depends on the type of setting you’re given. If the island you woke up on was gorgeous, and had all the living materials you needed, you would most likely want to stay there forever but if it were full of dangerous animals, poisonous berries, mushrooms, you would try your best to escape that place. I, however, would try my best to escape, no matter the type of island given.

If I were to land on an uninhabited island alone, I would not know what to do. I would stay at the shores, to avoid getting lost. Imagine life on an uninhabited island, all on your own, with no social interactions with anybody except yourself and the animals living there. That would be the worst. Since everyone gets hungry and even thirsty, I would probably start looking for food and something to start a fire with.

Considering how dark it is at night, I would try to find firewood as fast as possible and try my best to start a fire. Once the fire is done, I’d have to look for a fresh source of drinking water. I would have to look for food all day.

Considering how hard it would be to survive on an uninhabited island for one day, I would probably start to find ways to escape. Looking for passing boats, and helicopters would be one thing on the list. I would eventually have to write an SOS on the shore using stones, leaves, wood, and anything that would stand out. I would try my best to escape. When seeing passing boats and ships, I would have tried to possibly start fires so that the smoke could be noticed by passersby.

Considering how hard it is to look for food every day for yourself, I would most likely starve.

I would probably start to look for shelter after the first few days due to rainfall and different animals living on the island. I would start to lose track of days, weeks, months, years as well hoping for a boat, helicopter to pass by. Through countless tries, I would probably get rescued and leave the island for good. But if the plan didn’t go well, I would lose my mind, and try my best to survive.
