I found it in a shop

Nearby a busy hub

It was staring at me

Like a bird wanting to be free.

I bought her paying some bucks

And she is as good as goldilocks

I love playing with my dog

Which is as playful as a pug.

She runs every day

So I have named her May

She is a very good dog

So I bought her a new rug.

Comfy and furry

She comes to me in a hurry

She likes to wrap herself in a rug

After all, she is my dog!
