My Healthy Habits

Healthy habits are important to stay fit and strong. I eat a balanced diet with fruits and drink milk every day. I go to bed early at 9:30 pm and wake up at 6:15 am because good sleep helps my mind and body grow well. After I wake up, I pray to God and brush my teeth. I exercise every morning to keep myself active. I always wash my hands before and after eating. I also wash my hands after using the restroom, playing games, and coming home from school. I love playing football, so I often play with my father. Healthy habits and nutritious food make me feel fresh, happy, and full of energy.
