We should take care of our body. We need to take a rest to keep our body healthy. Our teacher says that sleeping helps us to gain our energy. So, we must go to bed on time and wake up on time. We also need to take a bath regularly to keep our body clean. Brushing teeth twice in a day helps to keep our teeth clean and healthy.We should wash our hands before eating food and after using the washroom. Another important thing is to change our inner wear daily. We should also trim our nails from time to time.We should finish our homework before going out to play because we might feel tired and sleepy after playing.Junk food is bad for our health. We should eat a healthy and balanced diet.
