The Fire Within Me

I am not the tallest tree,

Nor the brightest light to see.

Yet deep inside my heart so bright,

The burning glows with endless light.

The storms arrive and the skies turn gray,

I will never lose my way.

Every challenge, every fight,

Makes my little fire burn bright.

If I fail, then I'll rise once more,

Stronger than I've been before.

Dream by dream and mile by mile,

I’ll face the world with hope and smile.

Like a seed from the ground,

Silent strength can still be found.

Patient, brave, it start to grow,

Till the world can see it glow.

One day I’ll proudly stand,

With success held in my hand.

The world will see and all agree,

The brightest fire lives in me.
