The Portrait is Mine (inspired by the oval portrait)
My brush
My canvas
My heart, my soul
My muse is a beauty
Widely known
She sits on the chair
Her beauty radiates
It glows
My paint brush takes its first stroke
The red, the yellow
Blends with pride
My masterpiece will get a life
My subject sits like a statue I own
My art’s life will give me a place on the throne
When I swipe and stroke
My canvas glows
I’m full of glee
I’m soon to be world known
My subject sits quiet again
But my masterpiece is not so vain
It’s beautiful
It looks alive
My art shall live a beautiful life
