3. Types of childhood games
There are three types of games. They are Board games, Party games and Paper and Pencil games.
Board games
The games we play on a board are called board games. Snake and ladder, chess, ludo, Guess-who and checkers are some of the games.
• Snake and ladder
It is a family game. We can play with four players only. There will be four different coloured pieces on a board. If the player blue's six comes when rolling the dice, the player's piece will be starting its journey. And then the game begins.
• Chess
Chess is a game of two players. In this game, you need to protect your king and kill other opponents and you will win the game.

Ludo is also a family game. There are four colours: blue, red, yellow and green. If pot (one) comes while rolling the dice, they will come out. And then the game starts.
• Guess who
Guess who is a game of two players where you need to pick a personal picture. The other opponent says “Something Bald” and you need to say yes or no. If the other opponent guesses, the person will win. Then it will be your turn to guess the person.
• Checkers
This game is similar to chess. But that is all and you also need to protect your king and kill the king of another opponent.
Paper and pencil games
The games which can be played on paper and with pencil are called paper and pencil games. Tic-Tac-Toe and dots-and-boxes are some of the games.
•Tic-Tac-Toe

Whoever makes three circles or crosses will win.
