I interviewed my father Sachin Karanjit. He works at the Deerhold Nepal office as a director of operations. He is also a board member of Deerwalk Group. My father says he is the only employee who has been with Deerwalk for 16 years now. The best part of his job is when he gets to meet young engineers which makes him recall his early days in the office. Night calls with the US office team has always been the hardest part as he does not get enough time to spend with his family.
