Pandas
Pandas live mainly in the mountains of SouthWest China. They eat bamboo. They can swim and climb trees. The giant panda, a black and white bear, has a body typical of bears. A newborn panda is about the size of a stick of butter. Pandas are cute. They are cuddly but they are also different. They remind us of babies with their big eyes. They have round faces, snub noses, and a large head. Pandas are lucky animals. He Hua is one of the most famous pandas in China. They are endangered animals. There are many reasons why pandas are endangered. The main reasons are difficulty in reproducing, a poor bamboo diet, loss of habitat, and poachers.
