She takes a feather from a phoenix, the hair of a unicorn, and pollen from a snowdrop, and the potion is made. Maya drinks the potion, and she collapses. She sees insects that are the same size as her. The flu is around their home until they see a tarantula. Everyone else runs except her. She then uses her karate moves and injures the tarantula. The tarantula promises never to hurt the insects again, and she turns back to her normal size by drinking the potion once more.
