The Joy of Having a Best Friend

My best friend's name is Gauri. I like her because she is kind and friendly to everyone. I have known her for two years. She is caring and always makes me laugh.

Gauri has long, straight hair and a cheerful smile. At school, we love playing on the swings and drawing pictures during recess. We also enjoy reading storybooks together in our free time. Her best qualities are that she is helpful and kind to everyone. I feel happy and joyful whenever I spend time with her.

One of my favourite memories with Gauri was during our school field visit. We sat together on the bus, shared our snacks, and she kept telling funny jokes that made me laugh throughout the trip. We had so much fun together.

Gauri is very special to me because she always cheers me up and accepts me just the way I am. I am lucky to have such a wonderful best friend in my life.
