The first match was South Africa vs. Mexico. It ended in a 2-0 win for Mexico. In the last World Cup, there were only 4 red cards the whole month, but this year there were already 3 in the first game. It is the start for young talents like Lamine Yamal, Almada, Lopez, but it is the end of an era for the Greatest of all time like Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, etc. Messi scored a hat-trick in his first match against Algeria. Ney hasn't even gotten to play, as he was injured.USA, Mexico, and Germany have already qualified for the round of thirty-two. Some countries were performing fabulously, but some weren't performing well. Like Portugal, who drew their first match, and Spain too.
