for readers. I would especially recommend it for readers who enjoy literary fiction and

philosophical themes and who would prefer to get an emotional meaning from the

experience of reading and want to reflect it on their own life as well.

Conclusion

The White Book is a beautifully written work that transforms ordinary white

objects into symbols of memory, trauma, and grieving. Han Kang's poetic style
