My Mother

My mother is loving and sweet,

She helps me stand on my feet.

My mother is a chef so great,

She makes me cakes that taste first-rate.

She teaches me what’s good and true,

And helps me in all that I do.

She cares for me both day and night,

And fills my world with love and light.

I love you, Mom, this much is true,

I am so thankful to have you.
