Corruption is a serious problem in many countries around the world. It means using money, power, or position in the wrong way for personal benefit. When corruption happens, people start losing trust in the government. It also slows down a country’s progress and increases poverty, unfairness, and inequality in society.Countries like Nepal, India, and Bangladesh are facing this problem. Some leaders forget their real duty and use their power for their own benefits instead of helping the people. This makes citizens angry, and many come out to protest against corruption, asking for honesty and justice. Recently in Nepal, there was a big protest against corruption that lasted for two days. Sadly, many people died and more than 200 were injured during the protest. Many innocent people lost their lives while fighting for a better and fair country.Corruption affects everyone. When people are given power, they should use it to help others, not for selfish reasons. If we all stay honest, responsible, and work together, we can make our country peaceful, fair, and free from corruption.
