Imagination
Endless ideas in my mind I bear,
No where and no way to express it.
I can't put it anywhere, can't make it disappear,
Just close my eyes and try to think of something.
If I move my hand, I become an artist,
When I try to write, I become a poet,
When I try to talk, I become a debater,
I try to go a step down, but I become better.
What is in my mind you would say,
I have a billion thoughts,
And a million imaginations,
What I would do when I grow up or what would be my creations.
Sitting in the corner,
Writing this poem brick by brick,
Out of all the countless ideas,
But the words just won't stick.
Choosing words from a different lexicon,
The stanzas being written on top of each other,
Why I chose this poem, I don't know,
But it gave me a click, it made my mind glow.
I am a heliophile didn't write about the sun,
I love the moon, could’ve written about the night sky,
In my mind, there is a land,
Green and soft where I could lie.
Dreams so advanced, can't keep up with myself,
Ending your hear beat because of thing you can't control,
How can someone be so cruel to oneself?
Write, read, talk to yourself, think about things you can never feel.
Writing this poem, with one thing in mind,
What more ideas can I find?
Is my mind occupied now?
Having a full mind, I can't allow it.
