My Sister and I on Weekends

My sister and I love weekends because we get to spend the whole day together. We do not have to wake up early, so we usually sleep a little longer.

After waking up, we plan our breakfast together. We decide what we want to eat and then buy the groceries we need. Most of the time, we choose to make pasta or sandwiches because they are easy and tasty. We enjoy cooking together and have lots of fun in the kitchen.

For lunch, my mother usually cooks. Sometimes, my sister makes her delicious chicken. She is very good at cooking. I help her a little by bringing the ingredients or setting the table. While she cooks, I keep asking, “When will it be ready?” because I cannot wait to eat it.

If the weather is nice, we go for a walk in the evening. We enjoy talking and getting some fresh air. When we come back home, we finish our homework or any assignments that we have.

At the end of the day, we read books, watch movies, take a shower, and spend time together. Weekends are my favorite because I get to relax, have fun with my sister, and make happy memories.
