How I Stay Healthy
Staying healthy and strong is very important for a happy and active life. I eat healthy food every day such as fruits, vegetables, rice, lentils, meat, and eggs. I play with my sister and friends. I go cycling and also play different games. I brush my teeth and wash my face twice a day. I wash my hands before eating and after touching dirty things. I sleep for nine hours every night because it helps my body to recover and grow. Being healthy and strong makes me feel happy and energetic.
