Planets in Our Solar System
Planets in Our Solar System
There are eight planets in our Solar System: Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. They all revolve around the Sun. Jupiter is the largest planet, and Mercury is the smallest. Venus is the hottest planet because its thick atmosphere traps heat. Neptune is the farthest planet from the Sun and is one of the coldest planets in our Solar System. Saturn is famous for its beautiful rings, which make it one of the most spectacular planets.
Learning about the planets helps us understand our Solar System and the amazing world of space.
